How TestDone handles your data — in plain language.

1. What TestDone collects

Account basics only: your email address or phone number, display name, and exam preferences. Accounts are optional — you can practise tests without logging in.
Community content you post: doubts you share and questions you submit for review (with your display name, so you get credited when approved).
Test attempts and scores: stored so your history and analytics survive across devices.
Payment information (only if you ever pay): when payments are enabled, checkout is processed by Razorpay. We store only your payment status — card and UPI details stay with Razorpay and never reach our servers.

No contacts, no photos, no location, no advertising identifiers, and nothing from other apps on your phone.
No third-party trackers, no ad SDKs, no data brokers, no analytics profiles about you.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with anyone for advertising or any other purpose.

Your account and study data are stored in Google Firebase (Google Cloud) under TestDone's project, encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
Downloaded exam content is cached on your device so the app works offline; clearing app storage removes it.
Exam content updates are fetched from public CDN mirrors (GitHub / jsDelivr); those requests contain no personal data.

Doubts and approved community questions are public inside the TestDone community, with the display name you set in your profile.
All community posts are reviewed by TestDone's moderation team before becoming public. Moderators can see submitted question text, options and author name for review purposes only.
You are in control: every community post has a ⋮ menu in the app with Report and Block options. Reports go straight to our moderators; blocking hides that person's posts from your feed (they are not told).
Abusive or suspicious community accounts can be suspended by moderation.
If you make a payment, Razorpay processes it as our payment processor. That is the only situation where any of your data touches a third party, and it is limited to completing that payment.

Fastest way — inside the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Your account, profile, community posts and study history are removed immediately and permanently.
No app installed? Email testdoneadmin@gmail.com from your registered email with the subject "Delete my account". We act within 7 days.

TestDone is intended for exam aspirants aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; if we learn of such an account, we delete it.
Community content is human-reviewed before publication, and accounts that violate our rules are suspended.

Ask what data we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, or have it deleted — anytime, by emailing testdoneadmin@gmail.com.
You may also delete the app; local data (offline tests, cache) is removed by uninstalling or clearing app storage.

If this policy materially changes, we will update the date above and notify you inside the app before it takes effect.
