1. What TestDone is
- TestDone is a free exam preparation app offering mock tests, previous-year-style practice sets and a moderated community for Indian competitive exam aspirants (JEE, NEET, UPSC, SSC, Banking and more).
- TestDone is an independent learning platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to NTA, UPSC, SSC, IBPS, SBI, RBI, ICAI, UGC or any exam conducting body. Exam names are used only to identify the relevant syllabus and pattern.
- By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
- Accounts are optional — you can use the core test features without one. An account is needed to post in the community and sync progress across devices.
- You must be 13 years or older to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Tell us immediately at testdoneadmin@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
- Community: post doubts and questions that are relevant, lawful and respectful. No spam, abuse, harassment, cheating material, impersonation or illegal content.
- All community posts pass moderation before becoming public. We may edit, reject or remove any post, and suspend accounts that break these rules, at our discretion.
- No scraping or reselling: don't use bots to mass-download content or resell TestDone's question banks.
4. Your content
- You keep ownership of the doubts and questions you post.
- By posting, you grant TestDone a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display that content inside the app and service (including in curated question banks, with credit to your display name), and to moderate it.
- Don't post content you don't have the right to share (copyrighted question banks, private data, etc.).
5. Content accuracy
- Questions and solutions are prepared with care and human review, but no practice material is perfect. Official syllabi, notifications and exam patterns always come from the official exam bodies — verify anything critical there.
- TestDone is a practice tool; your actual exam result depends on many factors outside any app.
6. Purchases (if enabled)
- Core TestDone is free. If a paid plan is ever offered, checkout is processed by Razorpay under their terms, and our plans will be clearly priced before you pay.
- Nothing in the free product becomes paid without notice.
7. Availability & maintenance
- We may take the service offline briefly for maintenance or updates, and we may change or discontinue features as the product evolves.
- Offline content you have already downloaded keeps working on your device.
8. Liability
- The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TestDone is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for exam outcomes.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (which, for the free product, is zero).
9. Termination
- You may stop using TestDone and delete your account at any time (see the account deletion page).
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or threaten other users.
10. Governing law & changes
- These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts of Delhi have jurisdiction.
- If we materially change these terms, we will notify you inside the app before the change takes effect.
